OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

As OSKIM Automotive, we consider the health and safety of our employees as our top priority. Our main objective is to achieve “Zero Occupational Accidents” and “Zero Occupational Diseases.” In line with this objective, we commit to:

  • Monitoring our occupational health and safety performance through measurable targets, regularly reviewing them, and ensuring continuous improvement.

  • Ensuring full compliance with all applicable national and international legislation.

  • Preventing occupational accidents and diseases by acting in accordance with a risk-based thinking model and controlling hazards at their source.

ENVIRONMENT AND ENERGY POLICY

As OSKIM Automotive, we consider the protection of the environment, improvement of energy efficiency, and contribution to sustainable development as a fundamental responsibility. In line with this commitment, we undertake to:

  • Ensure the continuity of our environmental and energy management systems in compliance with national and international regulations and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

  • Implement energy efficiency and decarbonization projects to reduce greenhouse gas emissions arising from our production processes, and continuously increase the share of renewable energy use.

  • Develop solutions based on best available technologies to minimize our environmental impacts, including the reduction of air, water, soil, and noise pollution.

  • Manage chemicals in accordance with legal regulations, avoid the use of prohibited substances, and ensure the safe disposal of hazardous waste.

  • Provide the necessary human resources, technology, infrastructure, and financial resources to protect the environment, improve energy efficiency, and reduce the use of natural resources.

  • Promote environmental awareness among all our employees and stakeholders and encourage sustainable environmental practices.

  • Reduce waste generation at the source, increase recycling rates, and apply environmentally friendly waste disposal methods.

  • Manage risks and evaluate opportunities related to issues that will affect future generations, such as mitigating the impacts of climate change and protecting biodiversity and ecosystems.

  • Organize training and awareness programs to enhance environmental and energy awareness for all stakeholders, in alignment with our Occupational Health and Safety Policy.

Our policy is communicated to all employees and business partners and is shared publicly with third parties. All our employees and stakeholders are responsible for protecting the environment and supporting and continuously improving our energy management system.
